Families at the heart of our practice:
We centre our philosophy on family-centred care and community collaboration. By working hand-in-hand with families and partnering with the community, we foster an inclusive space where children with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families, can flourish and find a true sense of belonging.
Supporting growth in familiar spaces:
Recognising the significance of a child's natural environment, whether it's their home, early childhood setting, school or community, we provide tailored services. By delivering interventions in these familiar settings, we open doors to optimal growth and development opportunities.
Our Service Aims
Development:
Our aim is to promote the development of children with disabilities and developmental delays (0-7yrs), providing them with tailored interventions and support to help them thrive. Note, for 0-6yrs there is no requirement for a formal disability diagnosis.
Equal Access for All:
We are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to all families, breaking down barriers and providing equitable opportunities for their children's growth.
Empowering Families:
We strive to empower families by providing them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to actively participate in their child's development and become advocates for their well-being.

We work closely with community partners and local networks to create a collaborative support system for families. By partnering with community resources, we can enhance the services we offer and provide holistic care to children and their families.
